Is Someone Spoofing My Phone Number?

I kept getting calls from random people saying to stop calling them. At first, I just thought they had the wrong phone number or were just nuts. But, I soon found out that someone was using my phone number to solicit other in my area! Because this happened, I had to change my phone number to avoid these calls and the spoofers from using my phone number.
